Program Approach
In-Season (Fall and Spring):
- Training sessions are held twice per week for 1 ½ hours
- One optional training session is offered weekly
- Typically NCSL league games are held once per week
- Each team typically attends 2 tournaments per season (4 per year)
Indoor Season (Winter):
- Training sessions are held once per week for 1 hour
- Monthly skill sessions are conducted for 1 ½ hours
- Each team participates in Indoor or Futsal leagues at the Dulles Sportsplex (www.dullessportsplex.com)
Off-Season (typically 3 months per year - July plus 1 month in Fall and 1 month in Winter):
- 1. A combination of optional camps, optional practices, and
optional skills sessions are offered in the off-season for those who
wish to participate.
Pre-Season (August):
- Training sessions are held twice per week for 1 ½ hours
- One optional training session is offered weekly
- A one-week training camp is conducted
